Frisco Fresh Market has a book of rules that must be adhered to in order to participate in the market. These rules are inspired by the most successful markets around the world and tailored further by our own experiences since opening in 2018. Vendors can review these rules at any time.

All approved vendors will also have access to the most updated version of the Rules and Regulation from the Vendor Portal.

Frisco Fresh Market has commonly global market policies that apply to all who attend the market.

  1. We are Pet Friendly - must be on a leash and well mannered
  2. Vendors handle their own return policies
  3. Musicians / Buskers are allowed and should check in with the Market Manager
  4. Sponsorships are welcome please refer inquiries to the Market Manager
  5. Sampling is allowed but requires a City of Frisco Health Permit
special events & programs

Market programs and special events are the vehicles for enacting FFM’s educational and marketing goals. FFM believes if the farmers' market is to continue to grow and flourish it is critical to educate consumers on the value of supporting regional agriculture. We annually review and evaluate all our programs in terms of costs and benefits, deleting and adding programs where appropriate.

Funding for these activities is raised through rental income, sponsors, and in-kind donations. In addition, volunteers give countless hours of their time to ensure the success of these events.
