In 2003 they bought their property at Lake Lavon and started planning fruit and nut trees, and blackberries too. After a few years they started preparing small batches of jam and brought it out to Farmers Markets every weekend. Now, they make specialty jams, traditional fruit preserves and fruit butters…. Chow Chow, pickles, sauerkraut and more.
